Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you complete the purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are typically shipped out within 48-hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item. We are unable to accept returns on items after 14 days of purchase.
Our Dolls Products
How many dolls come in a package?
Our dolls are always sold as a pair. They are not sold separately. A purchase of one doll set means you will get two dolls in your package.
What is the recommended age group?
Although we’d love for all ages to have a doll, it is strongly advised that those 3 years old and up play with the dolls.
Where are the dolls sold?
You can purchase your set of best friend dolls right here on the website; however, if we’re sold out you can also try Walmart.com
Where can I watch the dolls?
The dolls made their television premiere on The Banks Sister Act which airs on ROKU channel. Since then, they became so popular that they now have their own Youtube Channel.
