How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before your purchase is complete.

When will I get my order? 

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are typically shipped out within 48-hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy? 

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their dolls. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item. We are unable to accept returns on items after 14 days of purchase.

What is the refund policy?

If you did not receive your doll order, please let our team know within 14 days of purchase. We will happily refund the full purchase amount within the14 days. If it is after 14 day we can a give store credit towards the purchase of the next set of dolls.
