We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are typically shipped out within 48-hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy? 

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their dolls. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item. We are unable to accept returns on items after 14 days of purchase.
