Refund policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their dolls. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item. We are unable to accept returns on items after 14 days of purchase. If you did not receive the item let our team know within 14 days of purchase. We will happily refund the full purchase amount within the14 days or give store credit towards the purchase of a doll.
